Glengoyne is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky known for its unpeated style and exceptionally slow distillation, which creates a smooth, refined character. Matured primarily in sherry and bourbon casks, Glengoyne offers elegant notes of green apple, pear, honey, toffee, and soft oak, layered with gentle spice and dried fruit. Tamdhu is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky celebrated for its dedication to 100% maturation in Oloroso sherry oak casks. This traditional approach gives Tamdhu a naturally deep color and a rich, elegant character. On the nose and palate, it offers layered notes of dried fruits, raisins, orange peel, toffee, and caramel, complemented by warm baking spices, nuts, and soft oak. This one changed the way we think of bourbon, all because one man changed the way he thought about making it. Bill Samuels, Sr., simply wanted a whisky he would enjoy drinking. Never bitter or sharp, Maker’s Mark is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon that’s easy to drink. To ensure consistency, we rotate every barrel by hand and age our bourbon to taste, not time. Each and every bottle of Maker’s is still hand-dipped in our signature red wax at our distillery in Loretto, Ky., just like Bill, Sr., would have wanted. Woody oak, caramel, vanilla and wheat prevail in the nose. Taste is sweet and balanced with caramel, vanilla and fruity essences. Smooth and subtle finish.

This Crianza is made in the traditional way.  After destemming and crushing, it undergoes alcoholic fermentation.  Total maceration lasts for two weeks, seeking a structure of light, pleasant wines with a great deal of fruitiness.

Kakubin was first created in 1937 by Shinjiro Tori and was initially named “Suntory Whisky” but it was changed to “Kakubin” which means square bottle due to its unique design. With a sweet aroma, rich flavor, and dry finish, Kakubin is a very versatile whisky, and the Kakubin highball is the go-to for many Japanese when they go out for a night of food and drink.
