Royal Salute, created as a coronation gift for the young Princess Elizabeth in 1953, continues to mark each significant event in the lives of the British Monarchy. Royal Salute is unique in having only ever used whiskies aged at least 21 years in its blends. It is this unique commitment to quality and tradition that has given rise to the informal motto, “We Begin Where Others End”.

Since 1932, Ricard has established itself as one of the favorite aperitifs for French people. The secret recipe has remained unchanged since its creation by Paul Ricard in 1932. It’s characterized by its quality and variety of natural ingredients, including star anise, fennel anise, licorice, and aromatic plants from Provence.

Ricard Pastis De Marseille

The oldest anise liqueur in France, Pernod is made from distillates of star anise, fennel and 14 other botanicals such as coriander and mint. It has a low liquorice content, which sets it apart from pastis. The original version included wormwood and was produced as absinthe at the Pernod Fils factory from 1805. The Pernod liqueur of today was created in 1938, though a reformulated absinthe based on the original recipe was released in 2005.

Using only pure Jamaican molasses, Myers’s Rum is made from continuous and pot still distillation and matured in white oak barrels. The rum is then carefully blended making for a very distinctive color, aroma, and flavorful taste. Buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.

Monkey Shoulder is a mix of three different Speyside single malts and is great with mixers or just on its own. Smooth, sweet and very easy to drink. Delicate floral notes, citrus orange and soft fresh fruits. Notes of honey wrapped with spicy oak aromas of vanilla. Sweet, vanilla, brown sugar, toffee creamy with notes of oak and some spices.

Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky

A curious gin from Monkey 47, produced in Germany’s Schwarzwald – also known as the Black Forest – and made with an impressive combination of no less than 47 botanicals. This medley of ingredients includes fruits and herbs that are native to the Black Forest, as well as exotic Asian botanicals, including elderberries, mint, almonds, jasmine, ginger, Vervain and camomile, to name a few. Understandably complex, the palate finds a delicate balance between notes of juniper, citrus, sweet flowers, bitter fruit and peppery spices that lends itself well to use in cocktails such as Martinis and Gimlets, as well as being mixed with tonic and garnished with a slice of orange.

MOM Gin

Martini Extra Dry’s rare woods, herbs, citrus and raspberry extracts are the pillar of the 20th century’s defining drink: the Dry Martini cocktail. First introduced on New Year’s Day 1900, after 10 years of development by Luigi Rossi’s sons, Martini Extra Dry has at its heart the violet-scented tartness of Florentine Orris – iris roots grown for three years before being sun-dried.

Martini Rosso Vermouth is a light, balanced and scarlet-hued Italian sweet red vermouth. This famous drink was first created by the Martini family in the ancient town of Pessione, nestling in the foothills of the Alps near Turin. The exquisite red vermouth has remained inextricably linked to the Italian passions of food, entertaining friends and motor racing, since 1863.

Founded in 1715, Martell is the oldest of the great cognac houses, drawing on 300 years of savoir-faire to transform grapes from the Charente region into exceptionally pure eaux-de-vie using a traditional double-distillation method. Together with a passion for its craft and a profound attachment to the terroir, Maison Martell is defined by the audacity with which it has challenged convention to create new expressions of cognac, including the icon Martell Cordon Bleu in 1912.
